Subscription Terms of Service
Passport Plus — Merive premium subscription
1. General Overview
These Subscription Terms of Service govern all premium subscription services provided by the Merive application. By purchasing and activating any subscription package, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to all terms, rules, and benefit specifications in this agreement.
Merive offers optional paid subscription services for enhanced benefits. All subscriptions are optional; users may continue using basic free functions without purchasing a package. This agreement applies only to paid subscription benefits and does not limit basic usage rights or privacy protections.
2. Subscription Service Core Rules
Merive subscription packages do not grant unlimited creation, unlimited functional access, or permanent privileged usage. Core benefits are defined on the in-app purchase page at the time of purchase.
Passport Plus subscribers receive covered benefits while the subscription remains active, including preferential treatment for clip generation as described in the app (for example, clip generation without coin charges while the pass is valid). Exact benefits, durations, and quotas are shown on the official purchase screen before payment.
Virtual trip credits and other consumables, when offered separately, follow their own product rules and are not unlimited by virtue of subscription alone unless explicitly stated in the app.
3. Trip Credits and Usage
When coin-based features apply to non-subscribers, trip credits are virtual in-app units used for AI fusion and clip generation according to official consumption rules displayed in the app.
- Credits are for personal, non-commercial use within Merive only
- Each successful clip may deduct credits as shown before you confirm generation
- Credits cannot be cashed out, transferred, resold, or gifted
- Unauthorized trading of virtual credits is prohibited; abnormal quotas may be invalidated
4. Subscription Validity and Benefits
The subscription period is the valid time limit for premium identity and covered benefits. During an active period, benefits apply as described at purchase. After expiration, premium identity lapses unless renewed through Apple.
Renewal may issue new benefits according to the then-current package terms shown in the App Store and in-app purchase flow. Historical valid credits, if any, follow their original validity rules unless otherwise stated in the app.
5. Payment and In-App Purchase Rules
All subscriptions are completed through the Apple App Store in-app purchase system. Prices, package contents, and benefit descriptions are subject to real-time display on the official purchase page. After successful payment, benefits are applied to your device as soon as processing completes.
Users must follow Apple’s in-app purchase and App Store rules. We do not support offline payment, private transactions, or third-party recharge. We are not responsible for loss from non-official purchase channels.
6. Refund Policy
Because subscription benefits are digital services activated after payment, successfully purchased subscriptions are generally non-refundable except as required by law or Apple policy.
If you encounter order failure, missing benefits, or system errors, contact us for verification. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s official in-app purchase refund rules; final decisions belong to Apple.
7. Service Limitation and User Compliance
Subscribers must still comply with the Merive User Terms of Service. It is prohibited to use subscription or credit benefits for illegal creation, commercial profit, infringement, or other non-compliant behavior. We may suspend usage authority without refund if abuse is found.
We may adjust consumption rules and package terms in compliance with App Store policies; the latest in-app display prevails.
